Phase one has the same house painted color as phase 2, the house painted colors need to change so you can see the difference. Looking like prison yard with the same color. When does phase three begin. If there is one, change the style and color of the house.

These houses are not bad, the residents are either Jamaican profesionals or returning residents. It is very quite and peaceful in there. The security is good. I live here in the US and own one of them.

Purchasing was smooth with Kemtek, but if you going through NHT Lord help you. Prepare to go through some hassle, but its all worth it in the end. Just prepare yourself for lots of running up and down
