Today’s Gleaner has another in its weekly series about the best places to live in Jamaica. Today, the focus was on the parish of Portland, and according to the feature, the best places to live in Portland are:
- Fairy Hill Gardens – located just walking distance from the Winifred Beach and the world famous Boston Jerk stands.
- Drapers – located in close proximity to San San and Frenchman’s Cove.
- Dolphin Bay – located in close proximity to the Trident Hotel; it has long been the preferred residential area of numerous middle and upper class residents of the parish.
