I thought I would have been able to see even a proper picture of the model houses, instead all I am seeing is a sketch.
I believe if you upgrade the site with pictures, what Presidential Estates has to offer that is different from the rest and the square footage of the homes this would go a far way in attracting prospective buyers.

I would agree with Ms Mclean’s comments, but most importantly and indication or actual price per unit would give an indication of prospective buyer affordability and interim budgetting.

I am presently and owner of one of these properties and I must say that they are really nice and the location in lovely. Peaceful and Tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the capital and not to far away.
