May 12th, 2010 at 12:00 pm
i bought one of the units and it is fantastic , my dream finally came through,
also after observing the perimeter fenceing i see where they contruct walls around it and security placed at the gate twenty four hours a day, this as assured me that i am safe with and have confidence in coldwell bankers ltd. the developers… thanks a million
May 12th, 2010 at 12:10 pm
i hope the security remains there even after the developers leave the site or finish phase three, just like caribbean estate, any one who decides to visit an occupant or resident , the occupant must notify the security guard twentyfour hours before, therefor no one will be allowed in unless permitted to do so by the security personnel. and thats my suggestion.
May 27th, 2010 at 11:41 am
Im not sure which house you bought or what perimeter fencing you have but im told something different.
There is only a wall to the back!!
Chain link fence to one side!
4ft Barb-wire fencing to the other side!
A gate to the front with a open unfenced area leading to the rd!
Look again!!!

The deposit is over $300 000 which is affordable but if you notice the closing cost is not published – because it is $300 000 and subject to increase. New Harbour Village !! is way more affordable and has larger lot sizes

Oh My God! One of the main reasons I planned on coming to Jamaica was to buy one of these houses. Just two months ago I heard they were selling for just over four million. Now it reach all d way a over six mill. When can a single woman own a house in Jamaica? NHT only gives about 3.5, so even though the deposit is reasonable…whe me fi get d rest a money?
August 15th, 2010 at 8:27 pm
These houses is …. Mi would neva live inna dem houses here.

Hello, I would like to know if houses are still available at this location. If yes, how soon can I view it?
October 5th, 2010 at 12:30 pm
Are there still available units and what is the deposit? Which are the viewing days and time.
October 10th, 2010 at 11:49 am
I am interested in the unit however. I am not sure of how the process goes, can you enlighten me how to be successful in owning one of these unit can you guide me as to what the requirements are please thank you. The deposite amount etc.

i heard that the contractor planning to put grills on the houses in phase 2 to compensate for the water heaters now missing from phase two, also my concern is why are the houses in phase two takeing so long to be handed over as if they want houseing trust to withdraw , well they have until december 17 2010 to handover, or else the nht will be withdrawing.. because the developers are dragging thier feet…paying more money to advertise than to fix the houses….lawyors are on standby.
October 27th, 2010 at 3:12 pm
The house are nice howvever my main concern is that even thought it says gated commuinity it is only a chain links so there fore it is easily accessible by persons who do not reside in the area and may wish to prey upon new home owners whos hame are not yet fenced or grilled
November 6th, 2010 at 4:07 pm
Still no answer about the barbed wire vs perimeter walls!!!
Coldwell Bankers may i have some answers plzzzzz
November 7th, 2010 at 11:32 am
it is strange that the developers decide to start phase three when phase two is still not completed, and as for as i am concern the developer is dragging his feet, why the customers waiting so long to occupy their homes in phase two, i am not surprised if they withdraw, i think the developers reputation and management competence is seriously been questian and if that company advertise people must not take up thier offers, they seem to be a disorganised bunch ,shame on you developer.
November 13th, 2010 at 6:15 pm
i will like to own one of the house, only NHT is business down with?i am not a contributor to NHT.
November 27th, 2010 at 1:03 pm
The comments are eyeopening, so it is not really a gated community??? i went there in July and they were building phase 2. i have not been back to see and i am in the process of buying one of these units…. Need to go down there and look at it….
December 6th, 2010 at 12:02 pm
I hope there really is a security wall and not no barb-wire. i am interested in these houses but they are a bit expensive for their size. Anyways i like them and i need more info.
December 31st, 2010 at 2:20 pm
These house are too expensive and to add insult to injury the amount a single person can get from nht will not be able to afford the house. When is it that poor people, low income earners, middle class people will get a chance in jamaica to survive.
January 4th, 2011 at 6:21 pm
me go look on the property and would like to kno if its d same 1 u people talkin, d lots smaller than new harbour village. When is that poor people a go get a chance in jam down to buy a house or even own a piece of lan
January 9th, 2011 at 3:37 pm
I saw those houses and there was so secure fencing at all. further more the house is just too expensive for what is given, the interior is divided with drywall and the kitchen sink can move from one place to the next. The units are just too small for the asking price, I was not impress at all.

Buying one of Rhone Park homes is like pulling your teeth! I started the process and had to withdraw…. and take back my money. Thank God! As the headaches and sleepless night they put me through.. did not worth their DRY WALL interior house. The Lawyers, the Sales Reps….are so NOT professional.
