I think these homes are designed for the rich to buy and then rent them to the poor. When will someone think about those persons who want to live somewhere but cant come up with all of 15% for deposit.May god help us, the rich shall be richer and the poor poorer.

Would very much like to own a dream home one day but with the high prices for them i guess this will dream will never come through. When you developers are building do you ever think of the lower incomer earners, who i know would make better mortgagors than the people who have the payload think before you start the other phase we need good living too put it at a price that we can afford and you sell more property faster.

hajl say they are designed for low income earners to purchase hommes but i think not, when u start a home at 8 and 7.5 million ,how do u think we are going to find the deposite plus pay mortgague u are not for us. housing trust have some for 5 million annd we can hardly find the deposite muchless the mortgague to pay, sorry u need to get a different mission statement.
