Plans are reportedly in gear for Ashtrom Building Systems Ltd. to develop a 357 house National Housing Trust (NHT) residential development at Twickenham Park in St. Catherine. Ashtrom won the $2.1-billion contract recently, and it has already received Cabinet approval.
The development will comprise 165 two-bedroom town houses and 192 two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as the associated infrastructure works required for the housing complex. This will reportedly be one of the largest housing projects that the NHT has undertaken.
