Treboeth Developers, a United Kingdom-based company, will reportedly be investing approximately US$11 million in the construction of 32 condominiums on a beachfront property in Tower Isle, St. Mary. The development will be called Whispering Seas, and construction is scheduled to start in September, 2010.
So far, the development has reportedly got the nod from several relevant agencies including the St. Mary Parish Council and the Real Estate Board. The condominium units will be 1,400 to 1,475 square feet in size, and are priced at US$320,000 (approximately J$28.8 million). They will be configured in four-story blocks of eight apartments each, with elevator access. The complex will feature a spa, gym, lounge and several pools.
