A new housing development is coming to the parish of St. James. The National Housing Trust (NHT) has reportedly awarded Alcar Construction and Haulage Company a $205 million contract to undertake infrastructure works at Providence Housing Development Phase II in Ironshore, St. James.
The NHT reportedly intends to develop approximately 148 solutions on 8.8 hectares of land, with a minimum service lot size of approximately 300 square meters, with a development cost per lot of approximately $2.4 million.
More details will be provided about this housing development soon.

Likewise am really interested cant wait to be a homeowner.I want more info. heard the housing minister talking on the news about some housing development schedule to start in Montego Bay. Is this the where is talking about? The truth is am thinking of purchasing a house in falmouth but closer to Montego Bay would be much more ideal and of course NHT houses are cheaper.Eagerly waiting for a reply!!!
