What if you have not contributed for a minimum of ten years, can you pay over the taxes that would cover the additional years? Will this 1.2 million be given to you so you can make a deposit on a home?

When i went in to apply for the Home Grant, they told me i am not qualified, this can’t be fair i am paying Housing Trust from 1992 with my salary i still cannot afford a house as i am almost 50 years old, what the use.
i think i should be able to qualify for the Home Grant.
The home grant needed to be revised to accommodate these salaries too.

I applied sometime in February 2011 for the home grants for low income contributors. I do not own a home, and my salary is below $10,000 weekly. I am working from 1996 until now (2011). The problem when I filled out the application, I did not remember two of the places that I worked. They are Robertson, Ledgister and Smith (a Lawyer firm), about 1993 to 1994 and George Bird Service Station, about 1994 to 1995. I would really like to get through with the grant, because at my age I do not own a home and would like to.My salary never reach where I can buy a home or build a house, so this is surely a good gesture for us low income earners. For us who applied when will we know our fate? Will I know, even if I am not qualified? I am just praying that I will be qualified. Please contact me at my email address. Thank you.

When will nht be giving out home grant forms for 2012? I would like to know this from early out. I have never applied and from the looks of things i am starting to wonder if i will be qualified, i have decided to apply from an early age because i was told that the younger you are the better it is. Well……i guess i just have to hope for the best. Applying for the home grant sounds real defficult.
