    Question:

If the 5% deposit is paid in a specified time..will escallation cost still be incurred?

I am really interested. The location and the convenience it offers is very great.

I went to visit these homes and I thought kinda small but potential add on is ok! And i figure a good starter home after reading the contract there is NO CAP rate which is very strange…I asked them they said thats how it is..so you are telling me if there contractor goes up i must pay the balance so I decide to withdraw thats an unwanted risk…Now a battle for my deposit and I nvr signed a contract. Ridiculous!!

Thanks for the link. I looked at the website and I am really impressed. I think that would be a great area to live in, and the home values should skyrocket once the university gets going….I am interested in getting a 3 bedroom unit, but they do not seem to have any backdoor. Is that safe?
