No 2015 Property Tax Increases For Jamaica

Jamaica’s Finance and planning minister, Dr Peter Phillips, has said that there will be no increase in the rates of property taxes in the upcoming fiscal year. In a statement to the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon (February 10), Dr. Phillips dismissed media reports that the tax would be increased in the 2015/2016 financial year.
